Sara is a 2006 graduate of Cleveland Heights High School. She attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia on a soccer and lacrosse scholarship (Division I), where she received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She continued her education at Old Dominion University, earning her doctorate in physical therapy (DPT). She has spent some time traveling and working and has experience in skilled nursing and orthopedic care.
Sara grew up playing multiple sports and although she was lucky to avoid any major musculoskeletal injuries, she often saw friends and teammates with injuries, which is how she discovered her drive to learn about the body. She was also influenced by her mother, who has a passion for helping people and putting others first.
Sara put these two interests together and chose the field of physical therapy. Her focus is to help patients actively improve range of motion, strength, and functioning and return them to their daily activities with minimum pain. Sara is also trained in the Graston Technique and loves seeing the positive results in her patients. She is very excited to be back in Cleveland and to provide care for friends and families who find themselves at Advanced Orthopedics & Physical Therapy.

While earning his undergraduate degree Clint worked as a home health provider assisting special needs children in everyday activities. Alex is a 2018 graduate from The Ohio State University with a bachelors in Exercise Science. He attended the University of Toledo where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While in PT school he had the opportunity to work with Parkinson’s patients in a program called “Knock out Parkinson’s” that involved helping individuals move and gain strength through boxing movements.
As a child he found his passion for deciphering how things worked as well as a passion for helping others. This ultimately led him to combine those passions into one. He enjoys using his understanding of the anatomy and movement of the body to problem solve and determine the actions needed to promote healing and correct body mechanics for a more functional pain free life.
He is a kid at heart and loves to make therapy as fun and interesting as possible. He understands that not everyone shares the same enthusiasm that he does when it comes to movement and exercise but he strives to keep patients engaged, entertained, and excited to be a part of the wonderful healing process that is Physical Therapy.

Kelli’s goal and passion is to build similar relationships with her patients to assist them in returning to their daily activities as independent and pain free as possible through strengthening, mobility and functional training.
